Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am excited to hear you are interested in learning more about childnirth.  The birth of your child is one of the most meaningful moments life offers, and how you choose to prepare for this experience is important.  Come learn a wealth of effective coping tools for labor and gain valuable knowledge to navigate whatever path labor takes. 

 

I strive to accommodate your needs.  As a result, I offer several courses throughout the year.  Classes are taught at St. Mary's Hospital (Richmond) and St. Francis Hospital (Midlothian)

 

Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth 

 

  Spring Bradley Method classes:  FULL, enrollment closed

Date:April 7 thru beginning June

Day and Time: 6:30-8:30 pm 

Location: St Marys Hospital


Summer Bradley Method classes- Enrolling Now, contact Heather for details.

Day and Time: Sunday nights, 6:25 pm-8:30 pm

Date: starts August 11and runs through early October

Location: St Mary's Hospital

Cost and Registration

 

It is my goal to make classes affordable and accessible to you. As a result, my classes are some of the most reasonably priced in Richmond. 


The cost for a full length Bradley class is $255 per couple.  A 10% discount is given to couples delivering at a bon secours facility.  Cost includes official Bradey workbook and additional reading materials, charts, and  tools for labor.


The Fast Track class and Refresher courses also include a specially designed course packet and materials.  Please contact instructor to learn more about special pricing for these courses.

 

If you are interested in a private session- please contact instructor for prices and to schedule a time/date to meet.  Private sessions also include a specially designed course packet and material.
